Demo
See Univerx on your own example.
In a demo, we show the platform along your channels and requests – and, if you like, Semantic² and the Univerx Channel on a sample case. Online, in German or English, no preparation needed.
- Your requestsGive us two or three typical requests. We show how they move through routing, the desktop and Assist.
- Your channelsPhone, chat, messaging, email: we show the channels you run today and the ones you are planning.
- The add-ons, if you likeSemantic² on a sample case with documents, the Univerx Channel with identification and signature.

How a demo works
We start with your requests, not with a slide deck. By the end, you know what the platform does for your requests – and what it does not.
- Request. Use the form to tell us your channels and, if possible, two or three typical requests.
- Short alignment. We agree date, language and participants and ask what the group wants to find out.
- Demo. Online, about 45 minutes, on sample data that resembles your day-to-day.
- Follow-up. You receive a short summary and, if it fits, a proposal for a workshop.
What you will see
We assemble the demo from the building blocks that matter for your requests. Not every group needs everything.
| Building block | What we show | Read more |
|---|---|---|
| Routing and desktop | How a contact reaches the right person, with history and context | Call distribution, agent desktop |
| AI agents | How a request is resolved on its own or handed over with context | AI agents |
| Univerx Assist | Suggested answers, knowledge and summaries during the conversation | Univerx Assist |
| Workforce | Forecast, schedule and shift swaps | Univerx Workforce |
| Semantic² (optional) | A finding in euros, with rule, source and booking | Semantic² |
| Univerx Channel (optional) | Shared view, identification and signature in one contact | Univerx Channel |
| Europe layer | Role permissions, recording, retention periods, AI disclosure | Trust Center |
What you need to prepare
Nothing. The demo works without any preparation. If you want to invest a little time, these points help us tailor it more closely to you.
Optional but helpful
What a demo is not
How such a pilot is set up is described in A pilot with one team and one channel. How to measure customer service without vanity metrics is covered in Measuring customer experience without vanity metrics.
After the demo
If the platform fits your requests, a workshop follows: goals, channels, rules. From that comes a proposal for a pilot with one team and one channel.
If it does not fit, we will say so. An honest no beats a project that starts in the wrong place. Rather write first than book a demo? Use the contact form.
Frequently asked questions
Who should attend the demo?
The people who will work with the platform or decide on it: head of customer service, IT, data protection. A small group often works better than a large one.
Do you show real data?
No, sample data. If you give us two or three anonymised requests beforehand, we build the demo around them.
Can the demo cover data protection and the works council?
Yes. We show role permissions, recording with consent, retention periods and aggregated analytics. Bring the questions your review will ask.
What comes after the demo?
If it fits, a workshop and a proposal for a pilot with one team and one channel. If it does not, that is fine too.
