Univerx Journeys
Journey analytics
Journey analytics joins events from website, app and contact centre into customer journeys and shows flows, funnels and root causes: where people drop out, where they turn instead, and which step triggers a call.

Building blocks
Journey analytics in detail.
The building blocks at a glance – all in the same workspace and under the same administration.
Flows
The paths customers actually take across channels, with frequency and duration.
Funnels
See step by step how many people start a process and how many finish it.
Root-cause analysis
What do journeys that end in a call or a drop-out have in common?
Across channels
Website, app, voice, chat and email in one view instead of five reports.
#Seeing what happens between channels
Customer service reports usually count what happens within a channel: calls, chats, emails. What happens between the channels stays invisible. Yet that is where many reasons for extra contacts lie.
Journey analytics makes those gaps visible. It shows that some billing calls come from people who searched the app without success first. Or that a form is abandoned unusually often at step three.

#Three angles
Flows show which paths are really taken. They start at an event, such as opening a help page, and follow where people go next.
Funnels measure a defined process, such as a five-step application. They show where how many people drop out and whether they reappear on another channel.
Root-cause analyses compare journeys that end well with journeys that end in a drop-out or a call. Shared features are shown as a hypothesis, such as a particular device, an error message or a tariff.
#From insight to action
An insight is only valuable when someone acts on it. Sometimes that means changing the website. Sometimes it is an action at the right moment: a chat offer on the page where many drop out, or a notice sent as a message.
Such actions are run by journey orchestration. Analytics gives it the spot and the trigger, and measures afterwards whether the action worked.
All analyses rest on clean journey data. Terms such as customer journey and identity resolution are explained in our glossary.
Univerx Journeys
Understand what customers really do, and act at the right moment.
Univerx Journeys joins events from website, app and contact centre into customer journeys, shows where people get stuck and triggers the next best action: in chat, on the phone or as a message.
Journey orchestration
Journey orchestration triggers the next best action in real time when a journey reaches a certain point: a chat offer, a callback, a message, or a hint for the agent who is on the call right now.

Proactive engagement
Proactive engagement watches web journeys in real time and offers help at the right moment: a chat, a callback or fitting content, before someone abandons the application or reaches for the phone.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need a separate analytics platform?
No. Journey analytics is part of Univerx Journeys and uses the platform’s contacts directly. Website and app events are added through a script or an interface.
Are the analyses personal?
Analyses show patterns across many journeys. Individual journeys can be viewed only if role and purpose allow; you set the rules.
